The purchaser assumes responsibility for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transfer, use, and disposal of a product comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safety procedures.

BAC Science reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that a product may be purchased for an unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

No Human or Veterinary Use

BAC Science does not authorize, encourage, recommend, or endorse the use of RUO products in humans or animals.

Purchasers must not ingest, inject, administer, consume, apply, compound for administration, or otherwise introduce RUO products into humans or animals.
