Thank you for purchasing from BAC Science. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product integrity, quality control, and safety, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

BAC Science does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or where BAC Science determines that an order was damaged in transit, defective, or fulfilled incorrectly.

This policy applies to all products purchased through bacscience.com.

We cannot accept returns of products that have left our controlled distribution environment. This policy helps protect the integrity of our products and ensures that products are not returned, restocked, or resold after they have been shipped to a customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after they are received.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you believe you made an error when placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist you if the order has not yet entered processing, but we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will be possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, please contact BAC Science promptly after delivery.

To review a claim, we may request:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Photographs of the product and packaging;

  • Photographs showing any visible damage;

  • Lot or batch information; and

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping box, or shipping label until your claim has been reviewed.

After reviewing the claim, BAC Science may, at its discretion and as appropriate under the circumstances, replace the affected product, issue store credit, or provide another resolution.

Submitting a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, or credit.

Incorrect Orders

If BAC Science ships an item different from the item shown on your confirmed order, please contact us promptly.

After verifying the fulfillment error, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include shipment of the correct product or another appropriate remedy.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of BAC Science generally do not qualify an order for a refund.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable shipping carrier.

Contact BAC Science if additional assistance is required.

Claims involving lost, stolen, or missing packages will be reviewed individually. A reported lost or missing package does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Orders returned, refused, rejected, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply if BAC Science agrees to reship an order.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact BAC Science before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve any legitimate order issue.

BAC Science reserves the right to provide the payment processor, issuing bank, or other financial institution with relevant order records, shipping information, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communications, and this Return & Refund Policy in response to a payment dispute.

Research Use Only Products

Where a product is designated For Research Use Only (RUO), the purchaser is responsible for reviewing all product information, specifications, labeling, and applicable restrictions before purchasing.

Opening, using, handling, storing, or otherwise altering a product does not create a right to return, exchange, or refund the product.

Products designated for research use only are not intended for human consumption or use unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page and permitted by applicable law.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy despite this policy, BAC Science will comply with those requirements.
